When will the RPG be released?

When we're finished making and testing it for gliches.

When will that be?

Hell if we know. We're aiming to release a demo in January that covers roughly half of the total game, but there are many, many things that could trip us up and force us to delay it. We won't release the demo, or the finished product, until we're 100% satisfied with it.

Will there be hidden characters? Maybe Sephiroth or Mr. T?

No, no, no, NO. An eighth permanent character at this point in the game would mean we either have to make duo and triple combos for him or make him stronger than the average character to compensate for his lack of combos, neither of which I'm comfortable doing and Ash DEFINITELY would not enjoy doing.

How can I make my own custom battle system?

It may sound selfish, but we're not here to tutor others on how to do it. We can't possibly explain the complicated process of making a CBS to every random stranger who asks. We're busy enough figuring it out for ourselves. Go to a full-time RM2K site like gaminggroundzero.com.

How can I help?

Even with three of the CCA's best working on this project, we need help to get things done. Here now are a few things perhaps you can help us out with:

1) Silly things for the villagers to say! Everyone can help with this one. We need lots and lots of silly things for the villagers to say!
2) Someone with a decent amount of RM2K experience to help Ash program the custom battle system. Ash has quite a workload with this thing so he could really use more help than G-Man or I could provide!
3) Midi programmers! We would absolutely love to have someone who has experience creating and editing midis. There are a bunch of songs we'd like to turn into midis for the game and a bunch of midis we need to edit to make them repeat better.
4) We do not, I repeat, we do NOT need plot and character ideas! Stop sending us ideas for plot elements and additional characters! If we needed them, we'd ask for them!
