![]() Last update: 07/29/03 Homepage: http://www.geocities.com/ashrigo Inspired by ideas put forward by both Gilgamesh and Soth, Ash Rigo introduced the Crossover Comic Tactics Squad (CCTS) and took the idea of crossover hero teams to a whole new level. The "right-hand man" to Gilgamesh, Ash's style has been a huge inspiration on budding comic writers and veterans alike. However as of the beginning of 2003, Ash became the offical new leader of the CCA after Gilgamesh decided to step down. Maybe now people will send him some hatemail thinking he's Gil. ^_^
Homepage: http://www.kikouken.com Four years ago, Gilgamesh marveled at the brilliance of the Mr. T Vs Everything pages, and wanted to make his own comics starring his hero, Chun-Li, for his web shrine honoring the first lady of fighting games. Before long, and with no CCA at the time to offer him support, his comic skill had greatly improved and he was making top-quality comics and inspiring others to do the same. When Paul Soth came to him with his plans to make Sephiroth comics, Gilgamesh knew it was time to get a much bigger page. Homepage: http://www.angelfire.com/sc/sephagsf Gilgamesh knew he had a good thing going when he met Paul Soth, another fan of the Mr. T comics with non-T comic ambitions. Paul Soth's ideas revolved around his newsgroup, Alt.Gothic, and all the types of scum he'd come across in his time there. He chose Sephiroth to be the agent of Alt.Gothic that would be sent to deal with these threats and annoyances. Although he has only made three comics to date, being one of the first CCA members, he had a huge influence on how things would be shaped, and is still with the CCA today, offering his own words of wisdom when he sees fit. http://www.demajen.com/superdojo/index.html Spence hasn't had as huge an impact on the development of the CCA as Gilgamesh, Soth, or Ash, however he's been a proud member for nearly two years and has made nothing but excellent comics. In addition to having a particularly silly style of comic writing, he also tends to serve as peacemaker whenever things in the CCA boardroom start to get out of control. ^_^
Homepage: http://www.beatrush.com/ G-Man has been an amazing asset to the Crossover Comic Archive. Going from newbie to one of the CCA's elite in record time, he's made more comics than every other member thus far except for Gilgamesh. Not only does he make his comics with dizzying speed, his excellent art skills have saved many gags from the cutting room floor due to lack of ample pictures.
Homepage: http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionCity/Studio/2174/ Violent Dave is still a budding comic writer, having only joined the CCA a few months ago. However, he already has shown quite an improvement in his comic skills since he first joined, and with Ash Rigo as his mentor, hopefully he shall continue to improve and make great comics.
Homepage: http://www.geocities.com/lain_at_cyberia/ Lain is actually not the first female member of the CCA. For a very brief period long ago, another author named Eve made a comic barely meeting the CCA's standards, Chun-Li Vs Tenchi, and disappeared from the CCA not long afterwards. However, Lain looks like she'll be different. Together with two of her friends, neither of whom are profiled here cuz they seem to prefer a more "behind the scenes" role, Lain has already demonstrated enormous potential for growth. Being the only female member of the team, she already has a big advantage over the guys. As a female, she sees things from a different perspective than the rest of the CCA members, allowing her to think up all kinds of crazy jokes only a girl would be able to.
